Bring your NDA and we'll sign it as-is in almost every case — our counsel has seen the standard forms and we don't redline for sport. Don't have one? We'll send ours: mutual, plain-English, UAE-enforceable, three pages.
Ours covers the things that matter and skips the theatre: mutual confidentiality, a two-year term, carve-outs for what's already public or independently known, and no sneaky IP-assignment clauses hiding inside a confidentiality doc.
